Are you a Senior Occupational Therapist, who has an interest in development of Occupational Therapists practice and enhancing their clinical skills.
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with a passion for teaching and developing staff , to join our friendly and supportive therapy team at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich. The post holder will support the delivery of high quality education and training to Occupational Therapists across the Lewisham and Greenwich Trust. They will provide expert advice alongside clinical support and training to the therapy teams. We need an innovative and enthusiastic clinician to maximise the potential of the service and direct the team in its development. Service development and audit to evidence efficiency and efficacy are essential and as such experience in both these fields is essential.
Learning and personal development is encouraged and we have a well-established appraisal system and funding for relevant external and internal courses. The post will be based at the QEH Woolwich however the post will be across the whole OT service within the Trust. This is a new post, is listed as full time however part-time hours and flexible working will be considered.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
