An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Lead Nurse, Bladder and Bowel Service within Lewisham Adult Community Services at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced senior nurse to join our team.
We are looking for an individual with a special interest in Bladder & Bowel conditions who wishes to improve the quality of life for adults affected. You will be a registered nurse with experience and knowledge of bladder and bowel dysfunction. This is a key role to improve patient care and support the development of capability within the wider clinical teams through teaching and mentoring.
Led by you as the Senior Clinical Lead and with the support of a team, you will be required to work in a variety of settings including clinics, nursing and residential homes and client’s own homes. The role involves carrying out specialist assessments, treatments, management of adults with bladder and/or bowel dysfunction, delivering education programmes in addition to leading the strategic direction of the service
